French born Cincinnati Chocolatier Jean Philippe Solnom, former manager of pastry for the Jean Robert French Restaurant Group, is now making available to Greater Cincinnati his authentic, European chocolate, candy and pastry. Chef Jean Philippe has a passion for handmade, artisan chocolates. His specialty is a chocolate candy of dark chocolate enrobed ganache. He currently makes a haute cuisine chocolate for the sunglass luxury boutiques, ILORI. In addition to gourmet chocolates and truffles, there is available an assortment of sugared fruit slices, known as Paté de Fruits, and French macarons, wonderful for picnics and parties. All gourmet chocolates, candies and pastries are locally made to order by Jean Philippe Chocolatier ~ "just what you dessert"
